My baby is 2 months 3 days old , she sleeps a lot.

A. Sleep pattern varies from baby to baby 
Generally baby sleep for 14-16 hrs at this age 
Keep a watch on urine output 
Baby should pass urine minimum 6-8 times per day 
Feed properly before sleep to ur baby
Switch off or dim light before sleep 
Sing a song or cuddle ur baby 
Check and change urine and motion immediately after passing it
Baby commonly wakes up 2-3 times at night for feed

new born babies young babies will sleep more around 18 hrs..
this frequency decreases as the baby grows..
maintain a feeding gap between at least two hrs
exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
