A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known aups gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucouds high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

A. hi parent enterogermina probiotics drops one tube a day would help keep yourself well hydrated use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 please don't expose her to harsh sunlight
