my baby is 2.6years old and her weight is 11.9kgs. she got cold not cough but started running nose ,we gave Zyrtec 10mg/10ml 9drops ,body temperature is 37.3celcius can I give paracetamol (Adol 125ml/5mg)?
please suggest the dosage for her.

the dose will be 7ml
the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
to body sponge to decreased the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.
