my baby is 2.6 now but he ll not talk anything.. N his activities are quite different, he can understand all the words which we tell but he ll not even try to speak... he ll not sleep at all ... I m very much worried about his activities...

A. the baby is more than 2 years 6 months of age if the baby is not speaking even at this age in need for our evaluation probably baby may be having expressive aphasia consult your local doctor
