my baby is 2.5 months old and have cough, his poop color is green, anything serious?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Green colour poop is due to cold and cough so start giving steam to baby to relieve coughing and cold and keep head little elevated while feeding and sleeping the baby
