if your child looks happy healthy and active,eat and sleep well , achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything.
please feed your child on demand.
burp your baby well.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
maintain good hygiene.
