my baby is 2.3 yrs old but she does not speak any word or sentence..is it ok..

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2.3 years old but she doesn’t speak at all so if she is having a tongue tie beneath it or she may be deaf and dumb as well

A. if the child is two years and three months old and still if the child is not picking even single word you need to consult your doctor once for a proper assessment of the child
