Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Scupplemtents like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

See maybe what happens in the summer season that it’s very difficult for them to digest food so instead of giving milk to the child during the afternoon or food to the child if your child is going to accept some fruits if not fruits then offer curd or a buttermilk or coconut water to the childWrite Your Answer Here
