Q.

My baby is 1year kld want to start milk which one is the best??full cream milk and full fat milk are both same??

A. hi I would suggest to give cow's milk. especially amul cow's A2 milk it is safe and easily digestible compared to other external milk. but whenever you introduce it first time,give it in few spoons of quantity and check whether your child is allergic to it or not.
