Hello ma’am It’s okay if your child does not sleep for a longer time through the day as every child is different and not every kids sleep through the day or something but if they sleep well during the night there is nothing to be worried about. And you should not give all these medicines to your child without consulting your paediatrician as it could have effect on the baby as well which you probably are not realising
