start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly
Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for 18 months old baby, you can give almost everything to eat that you prepare for your family members. But make sure that baby is able to chew. Else you can also give soft roti dipped in curried veggies. Also give Khichdi and Dalia with boiled and mashed green vegetables mixed in it. Give kheer, halwa, custard with mashed fruits mixed in it, home made Cerelac, etc all these can be given.
Also give non veg items if you are non vegetarian.
