Q.

my baby is 18 months old .he is suffering from fever 102 approx . I give him dolocare, maxtra, and meftal bt fever firstly comes down and repeating itself after sometimes . what can I do?

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you cagn also do cold sponging of the body if requiredg
