break fast as poha upma suji halwa uthapam idly dosa cornflakes chocos cheela..
mid morning any fruit as papaya pear sapota banana apple
lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad..
evening snacks as potato tikka bread pakoda vegetables cutlet..
dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha..
