my baby is 15 month running so my dr. told me that now you start amul milk instead of formula milk so mere baby ka abi amul milk chalu hua hai but woh pi nhi rhi to should I leave ki woh nhi pi rhi ki formula milk du alya amul milk me sugar dalke du? please suggest

A. Don’t add sugar into the milk that you are giving instant try giving milkshakes and smoothies with fruits into that that’s going to be tasteful healthy and good for your child in the same way because sugar is generally not healthy to be given but if you had fruits it’s going to be natural sugar for good flavour
