my baby is 14 months old but she is not not passing the urine from last 18 hour

the frequency of urination should be more than 5 or 6 times per day.
the colour of the urine should be pale yellow to transparent. if thec above two criteria is achieved then no need to worry but if it is less than kindly give more fluid food, water and juice to the child.
