my baby is 14 months as I got covid positive few days back mt baby also got fever so wat medication can b given

If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give calpol 120 mg MG 4ml 6 hourly for 3 days If no improvement Consult your pediatrician for trying to find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed
