My baby is 13 months old. He sleeps at 10:00 am in the morning for 2:30 hrs and again sleeps at 7:00 pm at night until 7:00 am in the morning. Also I feed him breastmilk at 7:00 pm to put him to sleep. And in the middle of the whole night he sucks my breast for 5 min (around 5 times) as dreamfeed. Can anyone answer to my two questions:
1. Isn't it too early for only one nap in the day? I read somewhere until 18 months kids will take two naps in the day.
2. How to break the habit of sucking at night? Is it due to insufficient diet in day time ?
