Q.

My baby is 13 months old , he constantly needs breastfeed throughout the night otherwise he just cries and wouldn’t sleep. I’m not able to sleep at all. I give him 4-5 meals a day 8:30am , 12pm , 4pm , 6pm ,8pm. He sleeps by 9:30pm. What can I do to minimise this constant waking up for feed at night?

A. I think you are giving meals very quickly quickly with less interval of time there should be atleast three to four hours gap between meals and also you should give bit heavy food so that babies tummy gets full and don't feed baby again and again in night also if baby wakes up it dosen't mean baby needs feed, you just need to paf your baby and let him sleep without taking feed.
