My baby is 13 months old and she refuses to have cow milk..she hardly takes 2-3 spoons and then she runs away..I don't want to force feed her. please suggest what alternative I can give her or how I can reintroduce milk in her diet again.

A. Try using full cream packet milk or tone pasteurise milk that is going to be a good option you can also go ahead with using fruits for making milkshakes and smoothies which is what is going to be helpful because a lot of kids do not like cows milk
