my baby is 13 month old .can i give her rice with formula milk?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's good to add ghee, boiled veggies, dal, rasam, curd in rice than fm. Give all family food in soft and little mashed form..don't give puree form. Food should be less spicy and sweet.

but there is no need of formula.
as a child is 13 months old,you can start giving cow's milk to your child.
so please avoid giving formula
give cow's A2 milk which is more hygenic.
