my baby is 12months old she had red itchy and swollen watery eye should I consult doctor

normally simple secretions / allergy redness should not occur again and again.
use hygienic cloth as well as your hands should be clean when coming in contact with the child eyesd
if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor. examination is needed in case on eye ixnfection .
do not use any drops witout medical consultation
