Q.

my baby is 12 months old , he stands with support and he walks with support, he can not stand independently, is there any need to visit doctor

A. better you do supplements of calcium vitamins to the baby for proper strength ok. There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok
