My baby is 12 months old and he is having motions what’s the reason

A. Hi dear good afternoon Maintain proper hygiene. Wash your baby toys often. Strelise vessels bottles every feed. Sometimes Motions could be due to teething or indigestion or fever. Check for reason and change diet accordingly. Give banana, ginger juice, ors, butter milk, curd, carrot. Juice,keeo giving lemon juice few spoons throughout the day.
