My baby is 11months old…can I start cow milk or goat milk now??…and which milk is better among these two??….she still don’t drink water …what to do with water now??…she never used blankets in fact in winters too

begin top milk only after 12 mths u can give cow or buffalo milk in cup or glass or curd paneer
milk intake shd not b more than 300 ml
