My baby is 11 months old can I introduce fish to him and plz suggest me which type of fish to give

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you can introduce any kind of non veg after one year of age so you can just wait for a month and then you can introduce fish to the baby and gradually increase the quantity

Yes Egg yellow fish and chicken everything can be given to the child as of now I can only advise you that you give the fish which is easier for your child to digest which is light for a child since I am a vegetarian would not be able to tell you the name of the fish
