my baby is 11 months old can I give cow milk plzz tell what the measurement with how much water to mix in milk

No You cannot give it to the child before completing the age of one year so wait as of now after the age of one year you can introduce it and you do not have to dilute it as such how we boil milk by adding a little bit of water that is what you have to do in that you can give it directly then
