my baby is 10 months old. she is passing stools frequently for around 8-10 times a day...and the consistency is quite liquid. kindly suggest what should I give her...her first tooth is also coming

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 10 months of age and passing watery motion the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
