my baby is 10 months old and he is having very hard stools everyday and frequency is also 4-5 times a day. is there any problem having hard stool everytime

A. Hello, your baby boy is 10 months old and he is having a hard stool so give him papya and apple crush and vegetables smash and oatmeal daily and plenty of water
