my baby is 10 days old why she is not burning after feeding and she vomit a milk

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. okay no problem in not burping. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe

Oh that’s a common issue because of stomach reflects that every child has even after burping they can vomit and sometimes kids don’t burp only so what do you do is take your child on the shoulder after 15 to 20 minutes after you finish the feeding that is going to help me better digestion of the milk
