my baby is 1 year old, he has very disturbed sleep. so how can I help him for deep sleep?

A. Make your child sufficiently fool because when the child’s tummy will be fold the child would be satisfied the child is going to sleep well with that only so make sure that your child is sufficiently full in his tummy and has proper milk before sleeping
