Q.
my baby is 1 year and 7 months old. and he has cold and cough....but whenever I give him food, he starts vomits.....how can I feed him??. he doesn't want milk and any solid food ...I m very worried about him

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritabilbiity could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Try and give more more of liquid to the child as there could be congestion into the chest and throat of your child and specially due to congestion into the throat it’s very difficult for kids to swallow the food so liquids are going to be much healthier during this time
