My baby is 1 year and 5 months old and not speaking a single word. Not even Momma And Dada. I'm really concerned about this. Please tell me about it someone.

If The child is not speaking at all not even a single word and you should get a check with the doctor so at least will be sure that there is no speech disorder or any other issue with the child after that only you can either wait or consult a speech therapist to take an action ahead of that first you have to consult an ENT doctor
