u can start brush your baby as soon as first tooth erupt.

ideally you should have started brushing your kid's teeth as soon as the first milk tooth erupted..
no start using small head soft bristles age appropriate kids toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of kid's toothpaste twice daily

Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment 
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements 
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
