my baby is 1 year 3 months old. he used to suck his thumb.

A. hi your baby is 15 months old now thumb sucking is acceptable till age of 5 years.its a way to self soothe and reduce the stress levels.so do not worry

A. hi kids do this when they feel stressed or anxious. so please make sure your child is well cared. offer lots of love and affection. please don't scold or yell at your child. just gently remove his or her hand from mouth whenever he or she is doing this. stay calm consistent and positive.
