my baby is 1 month old and and he is pooping yellow watery poop after every feed and he is taking lactogen pro formula milk what to do and how to treat this

A. Seems completely normal there is no problem as loose motions are common in this age as a kids don’t have good digestion which is why their motion is most of the times in the liquid form so there is no issue still if you have a doubt please conduct a stool test
