My baby is 1 month 28days old she didn't poop since 4 days but passing gas. Is this a problem??

A. the baby is less than 2 months of age it is quite natural for babies below 6 months of age to have some amount of constipation they not pass stool even up to 1 week also it is self limiting no medicines are required
