my baby is 1.3 years old he is having thick layered mucus poop covered all over the poop is this normal?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. k v cIt is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
