my baby is 1 1/2 month old. blood comes out of her umbilical cord ? how can I treat it ?? please help me.

A. It is not normal for the baby to get blood from the umbilical cord area at this stage: It could be infection or there could be a patent vein that’s bleeding, Kindly consult a doctor asap
