DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 19 months old and she is snoring in the sleep so it’s not a serious problem but she is likely to have a adenoidal hypertrophy so nasal way is blocked so she breathe by her mouth and snorers
