this led to such type of skin eruptions / rash and usually they will come for 5 to 6 days and then go away gradually in next 5 to 6 days.
usually symptomatic treatment is given salong with regular fluids in the diet as well as daily bath. it is very important to remaining contact with the doctor.
if there is discharge present from the blisters or the pustules then syou can apply t-bact cream over it.
can give paracetamol for fever.
can apply calamine lotion if advised by doctor.

Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
