A. in this case it is difficult to comment here without proper evaluation and clinical assessmentasli. so it will be better if you consult your nearest doctor to give proper suggestions about it proper treatment would be possible only after proper diagnosis is formed after knowing proper history & clinical examination according to the symptoms so please consult nearby doctor once.
