My baby having running nose and today morning I saw a small amount of blood, is this a any red signal to check? Or is it normal?

A. If the blood is coming out of the nose of your child while running nose or something then in that case it is going to be good for you to check with your doctor because of the blood is coming out of the nose maybe your child has some problem in the nose right now
