my baby having high fever ainse Sunday.. today i gave medtal p syrup at 7 pm.. and now after 5 hour shes having 102 fevermr n also shivering.. can i give meftal p again??

A. dear mum. better to give paracetomol syp to ur child. and if temp do not came down 1 hour aftet giving it, do tepid sponging,and ots imp yo co dult ur doc
