My baby having fever since 2 days 99 F should I wait or start antibiotic

A. no definitely not you cannot start antibiotics is like this without the consultation of the doctor your child is having fever which is just 99 if he is uncomfortable then you can give Crocin syrup to the child but you cannot give any kind of medication without the prescription
