Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.guy
steam inffhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

you can try some homemade remedies like:
apply warm paste of Turmeric powder and water on chest and back of your child
or you may use Babyhug rapid relief rub which effective too
keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping so child can breath well
