ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, nothing should be given to your child apart from breast milk till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.

after completion of 6 months age, you can start to offer semisolid food to your child.
but till that please stick to breastfeeding only.
