Q.
my baby haven’t gained his birth weight. its been 44 days he does not sleep he keeps on crying whole night and keeps on peeing several times at night for every half an hour

If Your child has even gains somewhere around 1 KG in 44 days after birth then I’m going to say that is a good weight gain but since you are saying that your child hasn’t gained any weight at all then it would be better that you please consult your paediatrician immediately because the doctor would be able to tell you the right reason behind it and you can just walk over these things accordingly
