A. you can wait for a few months for the last four teeth to come in case no teeth by the age of three years please visit a dentist . . . .

A. No It’s perfectly fine the other teeth will also come with time there are eight molars also so your child already has 16 teeth the molars will come with passing time so have patience 16th it is good enough
