my baby have green colour poop it's normal r abnormal.only mother feeding

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. its normal,in breast fed babies indicate, an imbalance of foremilk- Hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools.
Allowing your baby to suck milk fully from one breast before switching to the other breast.
