my baby have full cough and runny nose she cant even sleep what should i do plz suggest

Best way is to give her steam...make sure to keep the steamer away from the child and hold her in your arms...and no need to cover the face of the child with towel or anything while giving steam. keep a comfortable distance between the steam and your child and make sure to keep the fan/ Ac off during the entire process.
this will melt the muscus in her chest and it will be forced out of body via poop the next day.

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and  if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion  it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
